Please be advised that pieces are made to order so if you require something urgently, please include this in your initial enquiry. Lead time on most orders is generally at least 3-4wks but sometimes longer for intricate designs or during peak periods. For all orders you will be required to pay at least 50% of the total balance before work commences and this is non refundable. Payment is accepted via paypal, bank transfer or debit/credit card payment.
Prices include VAT and eco friendly branded packaging with the RedRocks logo in beautiful silver hotfoil. I use a variety of boxes, velour pouches, organza bags and pillow packs to match the requirement of each item.
Standard orders are sent out in padded envelopes and gift wrapped.
Please be advised that if paying by Paypal I can only send the item out to the address registered on that account. If you require me to send it to an alternative address then you need to pay by bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that packages are also only insured if Royal Mail Special Delivery is requested for your delivery method. RM first class etc does not provide a proof of delivery or insure your items if lost or stolen in transit due to the items being jewellery.

We do ship internationally by Royal Mail Airsure but please contact us first by email to [email protected] so an invoice can be sent for your order with the appropriate postage costing.
As each piece is handmade and made to order, I am unable to offer a refund/exchange policy based on items being unsuitable ie. if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights including those of distance selling regulations. Items which are faulty can of course be refunded in full with postage costs or exchanged for a new piece/repair but only due to error in manufacture and not from wear or tear, accidental damage from the wearer or silver tarnish. I pack all of my items very well and have never had any items damaged from shipping but if you would like to ensure you are fully insured for this, please ask for special delivery when ordering. Care of items:
Please be advised that all jewelley from RedRocks should not come into direct contact with cosmetics (spray tans, deordorants, perfumes, hairsprays etc) or water or direct heat (showering with items on, swimming) as this will damage crystals, loosen gemstones and speed up tarnish on silver. All sterling, fine and silver plated items should be kept away from direct sunlight when not worn to decrease the rate of tarnishing. RedRocks suggests regular use of a dry anti tarnish jewellery cloth to keep items at their best and these can be purchased along with your order for an additional charge of £1.75 per cloth. No responsibility can be taken from misuse of jewellery or ill care of items. All stretch bracelets are strung on professional beading elastic and over time will loosen slightly. Please make sure these are rolled over the wrist and not stretched out excessively. If the elastic snaps from misuse, this is not a maunfacturing fault and therefore is not eligible for refund/exchange/free re-stranding. Re-stranding is available for a charge of £8.50 + return cost of postage to RedRocks. This charge includes return 1st class postage after restranding.
